Cambium is a design-build woodwork company. We design, build and install kitchens, whole-room built-ins, fireplace walls, millwork packages and heirloom furniture, with doors, drawer boxes and slab work made in our own shop.

We design, build and install whole kitchens, fireplace and media walls and whole-room built-ins, from concept and design through installation. We work from your designer’s or architect’s drawings, or alongside your builder.

Trim and paneling designed to suit your home’s architecture, and installed by the shop that made it. A project can be trim through the whole house, a paneled dining room or a fireplace surround.

Shop services

The same shop makes the parts. Doors, drawer fronts and drawer boxes get solid hardwood construction and heavy-duty ½-inch panels, live-edge slabs get flattened and sanded, and rough lumber gets milled into workable stock, on professional-grade equipment.

How we build

The standards behind our cabinetry

Our standard features match others’ upgrades. Cabinets and built-ins get the plywood boxes, soft-close hardware and solid hardwood under paint; doors and drawer boxes get solid hardwood and heavy-duty ½-inch panels.
